In recent years I’ve experienced that “FOCUS” is the most important challenge for most people. Too many distractions leads to poor decisions, bad health and zero results. It becomes a negative spiral.

I’m a winner, winners need results and focus is one of the key elements in my daily mantra. When I feel down at the end of the day, it’s typically because there was a focus problem and I had too many distractions.
